Membership FAQs
Every membership plan that we offer covers every call that comes up. Whether it is only one or two trips, or even if there are 50 service calls, they are all included in your membership.
We consider 'in-area' to be the Tricities (Kennewick, Richland, Pasco) metro area. 'Out-of-area' customers are those who fall outside that area.

Yes. Your membership can be transferred to the buyer.
Yes. We can upgrade your membership from The Standard to one of the more comprehensive plans. We will pro-rate what has already been paid based on the age of the membership.
